SARAFAEL: After her childhood friend accuses her brother of rape, Ari walks down the pathways of sexual consent and inside the mind of a trauma survivor. The piece analyzes our narratives of gender and assault.
This play is the premiere performance in a test season for The Forum. Over the next 10 months, we will produce four works / performances / pieces tackling current political or social issues by blending performance, gallery curation and dramaturgy-inspired reporting.
A cocktail hour and gallery show will precede the performance.
